Return Policy
Unopened and unused items purchased directly through pascalflorian.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or refund to the original form of payment. Please note that returns to the original form of payment will incur a 10% restocking fee. If purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued to the customer in the form of a gift card. The credit/refund is for the price of the product and does not include shipping costs.

Please Note:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. It is also the law.
Items without the original, intact packaging cannot be returned.
Defective items can only be exchanged/repaired within the warranty period. No refunds will be made.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return was caused by our error.
All returns and exchanges require pre-authorization.
pascalflorian.com does not cover return shipping costs.
Please note that items without the intact manufacturer’s seal will be considered used, even if you have not used the item. These items will be considered biohazards and will be handled accordingly. Our return policy is intentionally strict. We have a strict return policy to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our customers and employees. Please know that every item we sell is brand new.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
If the refund is issued to the original form of payment, it may take longer for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
If you purchased the product from another website, retailer or store, only defective products can be returned within the warranty period with a valid proof of purchase. We will not accept returns on items purchased from other suppliers.
If upon receiving your shipment, you discover that the box has been damaged, opened, or items are missing from the box, please make sure you take photos of the damaged packaging and send them to us via email. If you are at home, please fill out “Damaged/Opened/Missing Contents” and refuse the package from FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL.
Late or Lost Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
