Shipping

All items purchased on www.pascalflorian.com will be shipped pursuant to the carrier’s contract of carriage. This means that the risk of loss and title for those items will pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. Once the shipping company confirms shipment, the package becomes the responsibility of the online shopper. Pascalflorian.com has no legal obligation to refund or replace lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment, we recommend that you contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

Pascalflorian.com is not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase. Please double check that all contact information has been entered accurately before completing a transaction.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the delivery address and a 10% restocking fee. Please purchase with caution.

Discreet Packaging.

We respect your privacy. You will receive your product in a completely generic, non-functional mailer. The contents of the package and our website are not displayed on the box for anyone to see.

All of our products are mailed in plain brown boxes or standard issue packaging from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We occasionally use opaque padded envelopes, but never for fragile or discernible items. Return addresses are non-descript. Also, we do not mail catalogs to your home.

When will my order ship?

98% of orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (in-stock items only). If your order is completed by 11:30 AM US DST, we will process and ship it the same business day. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by ZALO USA or our shipping partners, and the shipping option you select is valid for the day your order ships, not the day you order it.

USPS, FedEx, or UPS do not guarantee delivery during holidays and inclement weather. We have no control over delivery errors, especially if your address is incorrect, or not 100% complete.

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. International shipments require customs paperwork, and these shipments will take approximately 1-2 weeks from shipment to delivery, depending on customs clearance into your country. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Customers may need to check local customs regulations to understand the laws in their country. All items we sell on our website are legal in the United States, however if certain countries restrict the use or sale of these items, we are not responsible if these items are seized or confiscated by customs. We are also not responsible for any customs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside of the United States. On all international shipments, once the shipment arrives at the destination country and the package is received by customs, the customs agent makes all final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package and stating that the package is in customs, the customer can contact their local customs agent for final delivery information and arrangements.
